Co-Founder
Wg Cdr Laxman P Joshi
Wing Commander Laxman Joshi (Retd) is the Co-Founder and CEO of Ekyam Impact Foundation, a non-profit organisation dedicated to creating skilling and employment opportunities for persons with disabilities, with a special focus on the Armed Forces community.
Over a distinguished career spanning more than three decades, he served in the Indian Air Force, where he held several leadership appointments and contributed to indigenous defence programmes, including the Light Combat Aircraft (LCA) and Advanced Light Helicopter (ALH) projects in DRDO (Defense Research and Development Organisation). During his service, he also administered a school for children with special needs, an experience that sparked his enduring commitment to the disability sector.
Following his military career, he joined HCL Technologies, where he led global Engineering R&D teams in the aerospace and automotive domain. He successfully managed programmes in emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Autonomous Vehicles, Infotainment Systems, Telematics, and Functional Safety.
Driven by a desire to create meaningful social impact, he transitioned to the development sector in 2019 and joined Lend A Hand India as Chief Technology Officer and a member of its Central Program Unit. There, he contributed to strengthening vocational education and skill development initiatives across thousands of schools across India.
An avid reader , Wing Commander Joshi combines his experience across the military, corporate, and social sectors to advance inclusion, livelihoods, and dignity for persons with disabilities.

Monalisa Bandyopadhyay
An XLRI alumna and Co-Founder of Ekyam Impact Foundation, Monalisa Bandyopadhyay is a seasoned business leader with over fifteen years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, and corporate strategy within the insurance sector and as an entrepreneur. Her professional journey spans India, the United States, and the United Kingdom, giving her a strong global perspective on business growth and stakeholder engagement. She founded Lookadora.com, a digital e-commerce venture focused on women's cosmetics and fashion accessories. She also co-authored We Are Pregnant, a practical guide for expecting parents, in collaboration with two renowned medical practitioners from Mumbai.
It was during the pandemic that she joined the social sector as a volunteer, and continued her social sector work with full-time and consulting roles in Missing Link Trust, VigyanShaala, Swapnopuron, and others helping these organizations raise funds and forge partnerships.
Today, through Ekyam Impact Foundation, she combines her corporate expertise, entrepreneurial experience, and passion for social change to create meaningful opportunities for persons with disabilities and underserved communities.
An avid photographer and traveller, Monalisa enjoys exploring new cultures, places, and perspectives, bringing the same sense of curiosity and creativity to both her personal and professional pursuits.

Vaishali Ranade
An educator by profession, Vaishali holds a BSc. Statistics, PG Diploma in Computer Science and a B.Ed in Maths and Science. She is also a certified Counsellor. Married to an Indian Air Force Officer, she has served in various positions – Head Mistress of the AirForce School at Srinagar, President Air Force Families Welfare Association (AFFWA) at Air Force Stations Sirsa & Bareilly & Vice President AFFWA (Regional) at HQ WAC. Vaishali is an enthusiastic dancer and swimmer.

Wg Cdr Sandeep Gupta
Wing Commander Sandeep Gupta is an Indian Air Force Veteran with 37 years of service and over 10 years of experience with Corporates like BAE Systems and Honeywell. He is passionate about supporting Persons with Disabilities, having interacted with them during his service at various forums. His interests include yoga, pranayam and meditation.

Ashwini Lotlikar
Ashwini is a seasoned technology professional with over 25 years of experience in Product Leadership, Technical Program Management, and the development of Strategic Business Partner Ecosystems with companies like IBM, Cadence Design Systems, Project Tech4Dev (social sector) among others. In her free time, Ashwini loves to paint and travel.

Kinnary Nensee
With over 25 years of experience in Communications, Kinnary has worked with companies like Sony India Ltd and Zee Entertainment Enterprises (Essel Group). She has also been a freelance Content Writer working with multiple brands. She is a student of Hindustani Classical Vocal and loves to travel and explore new places.
